Sales Professional (1099 Contractor - Hourly + Commission)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business: Proactively source new sales opportunities by following up on inbound leads and initiating outbound cold calls and emails.

  • Prepare for success: Research leads and gather valuable background information to ensure meaningful, productive calls.

  • Product education: Become an expert in explaining the technical details, features, and benefits of AntiDUST® Tape to potential customers. Lead Zoom training sessions.

  • Close deals and drive sales: Successfully close sales, process orders, and build lasting relationships with customers.

  • Maintain accurate records: Regularly update and manage CRM information for leads, prospects, and sales opportunities.

  • Provide valuable insights: Assist sales leadership by identifying customer needs and sharing relevant feedback with our product and technical teams.

  • Analyze trends: Track and report on customers' purchasing behaviors to help improve sales strategies and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience: Demonstrated ability in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.

  • Exceptional communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with prospects and clients.

  • Organizational skills: Ability to multitask and manage multiple sales opportunities at once while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn: Comfortable learning and explaining complex product details, and enthusiastic about technical solutions.

  • Self-motivated: A driven, independent worker who thrives in a flexible, remote work environment.

  • Sales mindset: A passion for building relationships and exceeding sales targets.

Job Details:

  • Location: Remote (work from anywhere)

  • Hours: 5-10 hours per week, with potential for more as performance grows

  • Compensation: Hourly rate (based on experience) + performance-based commission

  • Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
